Can't say much about the Youtube videos but I agree that videos, or anything that gets the viewers senses working are good. I have gotten a tremendous response from just posting youtube videos about my business. Some helpful advice that was given to me was: 1. Try to keep the videos short (1 - 5 minutes). If it will take you longer than that to tell your story, break it up into five 2 minutes segments. 2. Don't worry about looking too professional and polished. People want to see videos done by real people just like themselves. 3. Create a youtube channel. They have some really good tools now to help you create a nice page.
