One way of finding out is to ask them how much time they spend daily thinking about or doing a particular activity. Step 2 : Reward them for doing more of what they enjoy.
Once you can pin point an interest, ask your downline to surf the internet or head to the library to gather more information about their hobby. This should be easy for them since they would be diving into their areas of interest, furthermore they may already have an archive of such information.
