The method you choose has to be feasible and work well for everyone who uses it. A Mastermind Group is one such reliable tactic of succeeding in network marketing for MLM.
By Mastermind Group, we mean a team of people who think alike and also share the same aims and wishes. You can form such a group to share information, ideas and resources etc. This is very important from the view point of an internet MLM business as the network marketer.
Besides this, there are several advantages of creating a Mastermind Group such as:
- Responsibility- You will adhere to your network marketing plans better when you know that you are answerable about your development to others. It creates a sense of accountability in you.
- Collective expertise- Nobody can be a pro in all fields of MLM training or anything, for that matter. When you participate in such a group, you can learn from others and their knowledge and can gain a lot from others experiences. This way you become knowledgeable faster due to group support.
- Synergy Effect- Anytime, the energy that you get from a peer group is unbeaten. When you interact and share your thoughts and doubts with others who are supportive of you and wish your success, you are in high spirits. This brushes on to everybody in the group naturally.
How do I participate in a Mastermind Group?
The best way is to create a group yourself! Simply find out people who think like you and are dedicated to achieve success in network marketing like you do. Tell them that you plan to form a Mastermind Group and inquire whether they would take part in the same. You will be surprised that unexpected people will love to be a member- your upline, downline or even crossline!
Ensure that the basic rules for communication, responsibility and other issues are set well before you start with this winning formula!

I enjoyed this post. I especially enjoyed what you wrote about accountability. I am with a company now that keeps a weekly accountability log. We make goals each week of how many people we plan to introduce the product to and how many people we plan to introduce the business opportunity to and at the same time post our results from the previous week. I think it is a great idea because it instills a healthy competitive spirit within the team and keeps people together over the long haul. Keep it up. I love the image in this post too!
