95% of network marketing business owners are lazy. This means that even if you are a serious mlm recruiter, you will probably end up with majority downlines who will do nothing yet expecting you to build their business.
But all is not lost. There is still hope. Just follow the 5 steps below to transform your donwlines to your goldmine.
Step 1 : Find out what your lazy downlines enjoy doing.
It doesn’t have to be anything relevant to the business. As long as they have a hobby, this technique works. One way of finding out is to ask them how much time they spend daily thinking about or doing a particular activity. It can be anything from watching the tv, coin collecting, playing golf or even gossiping!
Step 2 : Reward them for doing more of what they enjoy.
Once you can pin point an interest, ask your downline to surf the internet or head to the library to gather more information about their hobby. The materials can be in any format - text, videos, audios, images, digital or hardcopies. This should be easy for them since they would be diving into their areas of interest, furthermore they may already have an archive of such information. After sufficient materials are gathered, reward your downline for their effort.
Step 3 : Work with them to form a cult-like following with similar interests
